After Dinner tonight Will told me about a conversation he had with Brody.
Brody and Will were down by the computer and Brody noticed an empty ice cream bowl.
Dad, you eat your ice cream all gone?
No, mommy ate it. She is so naughty.
Silence
Dad, Mommy not naughty. I love mommy she nice.
I think Will then reassured him that he was right and that Mommy was in fact not naughty.
This story seriously melted my heart and made me feel so happy and appreciated as a mom. I guess my kids do love me even though sometimes it doesn't feel that way. I love you too my Brody Brod.
